I am writing to thank Dee for calling us back when she had a cancellation. We had just about given up on hiring a vehicle for the holiday, but thanks to her helpfulness we are back in the game! All parties will be pleased. Rented a transit long wheelbase van from the Brownhills office at the weekend to transfer some furniture from Lichfield to Wales.
Van was lovely, fantastic spec and very easy and smooth to drive. We put 60 worth of diesel in and only ended up using about 30 worth as the van was very economical for its size. Customer service was exceptional. Will definitely hire from them again. Fantastic customer service with the Cannock team, well impressed with the 14 cheater mini bus we hired yesterday.
The comfort was excellent. Well impressed with the cost of hire, the fuel was excellent. I certainly will be using this service again. The staff excellent. They followed government guidelines to protect strangers that they don't know anything about. I arrived quite early. I waited for my car.
